“Your World’s Not Falling Apart, It’s Falling Into Place…”

To start, this week has been quite the challenging one.   After I find out more answers and how to best respond to everything, I will post about it.  For now, I wanted to share some words that have inspired me this Friday.

While my husband was putting TJ in his car seat this morning, he was praying with him like he does every morning.   As he concluded his prayer with “Amen,” my 18.5 month old son replied, “Amen!”

If that wasn’t beautiful enough, then we soon heard the following lyrics and had even more reason to smile on this Friday…

“Hold it all together
Everybody needs you strong
But life hits you out of nowhere
And barely leaves you holding on…

…So when you’re on your knees and answers seem so far away
You’re not alone, stop holding on and just be held
Your world’s not falling apart, it’s falling into place…”

I agree! It was exactly what I needed to hear that morning on our commute to school. It’s amazing how perfectly timed things like that are. =)

I needed to reflect back to this post and message today. Since it has been over three weeks of confusion with still no answers, I must remind myself to trust in Him and not lose hope within my frustration.

“Cast all your cares on Him for he cares for you. He’s near to the broken and confused. By his stripes our spirit is renewed. So enter in the joy prepared for you.” – “Healing Hand of God” by Jeremy Camp

    Smiling on in hope…
