This is a topic of great importance. “Leaky Gut” is a relatively new diagnosis that can cause systemic complications. We are learning about the gut-brain connection and how the microbiome addresses this issue. Nutrition plays a vital role in good health which most people take for granted. Many people are unwilling to change behavior until symptoms develop. This is a huge mistake because the body has capabilities to compensate for great levels of damage we cause. This damage, none the less, eventually overwhelms the body’s capacity to compensate.
Providing our bodies with the nutrients needed is essential for good health period. I help people create REALISTIC health plans. I do NOT charge anyone for any assistance I offer. This is my way of giving back to a world that has been generous to me.
The following is an example of a reasonable compromise:
FIRST, eat a full healthy meal followed by a 10-14 ounce glass of water! If still hungry eat the type of food that satisfies your needs. This method provides healthy nutrition and will likely reduce the less nutritious foods consumed. It is a reasonable compromise and one most people claim to be willing to make. This is just one example I’ve created to help people transition from an unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy one.

Thank you for sharing that great advice. I agree that often health plans that people create are not realistic. What an excellent compromise.

Great article!! I agree that it is not one size fits all and I red flags are raised when there is a diet that eliminates a macronutrient completely without providing a healthy alternative. Thank you for sharing this very interesting read:)

It is definitely not a one size fits all solution. However, I find this topic especially interesting and relevant to maybe different areas and topics so I wanted to share. Thank you for reading and commenting.
